Charlotte Church should maybe reconsider her new bright red locks.
The singer, 25, left her Cardiff home today with a skip in her step and minimal make up - which is where her hair colouring proved to be a thorn in her side.
Thanks to her scarlet bob Charlotte's face looked washed out, more so than it normally would thanks to the bright colour of her hair.

The usually radiant young mother-of-two certainly looked a lot paler than she is often seen, though the pictures were taken when she was merely going about her daily business and not at a premiere.
Charlotte, who is mother to Ruby, three, and Dexter, two, coordinated her red mop with a navy and red striped polo top and a pair of navy tracksuit bottoms.
She topped off the well thought out ensemble with a pair of flip flops.

The Welsh star debuted her new bob style hairdo as she emerged from a flight to Los Angeles at the end of July.
That same week the singer was forced to apologise after footage emerged of her stumbling around at a charity polo event with her underwear pulled down in full view of everyone around her.
She quickly quashed rumours she had been up to no good with boyfriend Jonathan Powell, saying she had been the victim of a weak bladder.

Charlotte blamed the consumation of a bottle of wine and claimed all the cubicles at the outdoor event were engaged.
She said: 'Regrettably, oh-so regrettably, I had not the time to pull up my rather large pants.
'I hope I can be forgiven for these antics but, you know, when you’ve gotta go, you’ve gotta go.'

He said: 'Going through a break-up, particularly when there are kids involved, is horrendous.
'I went that extra mile to try to stay together because of them, but it didn't work. I've been single for 16 months now and I'd love to find a girlfriend. But it's hard because I'm reserved and not very trusting.
'I want to find a girl who's honest. There has to be that spark, of course – that connection. But mostly it's about finding someone who's got a kind heart.'
