..He may have spent weeks partying during his trip to Los Angeles, but Mark Wright certainly didn't let his gym routine slip.

Pictured having fun in his swimming pool at his rented Hollywood villa, the former Only Way Is Essex star showed off his impressive physique.

Rather than wearing typically British longer trunks, he opted for a pair of eye-wateringly tight pair of Calvin Klein swimming bottoms.

The posed shots were taken at his rented villa when he was filming his ITV2 show Mark Wright's Hollywood Nights.

Despite finding fame on The Only Way Is Essex, Mark claimed he was surprised to be recognised by some Americans while he was in LA.

He said: 'The UK people over here know us, and even some Americans as they get The Only Way Is Essex on one of their websites.

'We was in a bar one night and some girls said, "Oh, it's Mark!"'

But although he's famous now himself, Mark finds himself starstruck.

He recalled: 'I had lunch next to Pink the other day. And we saw Arnold Schwarzenegger on a bike next to us with his son and bodyguard. It's been amazing.'

During his stay in LA, he also met up with footballer-turned-actor Vinnie Jones, who runs a local football team.

Mark enthused: 'Vinnie is an absolute gent, he was so polite and lovely to me.

'He had a chat with me, telling me about his Hollywood lifestyle, and gave me man of the match. I didn't go to his house but he said next time I should go over and play poker.'

I work out: Mark Wright enjoyed a day at Muscle Beach toning up with some friends

Having touched down in Los Angeles last week it was only a matter of time before Mark Wright got his kit off to top up his tan.

The former TOWIE star didn't exactly have the tanning session that is a custom in Essex instead he headed to Muscle Beach for a work out session whilst the sun beat down on him.

Mark showed off his impressive body but was soon upstaged by a man in orange pants.

Wearing a pair of blue shorts and lime green trainers with blacked out sunglasses, Mark put himself through the paces as he pumped some iron.

The 25-year-old was accompanied to the beach, which is a prime location for bodybuilders and gymnasts, with a group of friends who also lifted some weights.

Wright who is currently filming scenes for his latest ITV2 show Mark Wright’s Hollywood Nights, soon made friends with a curly haired bodybuilder who offered him some tips on how to make the most of the outdoor equipment.

Mark appeared to get on well with the bodybuilder, whose choice of sportswear was questionable, as they were seen laughing as they talked.

Always busy, the King of Essex was pictured taking breaks from his work out to tend to business calls, however from the looks of best friend James 'Arg' Argent's recent Twitter feed, it could've been him calling in to check on his other half.

On Saturday Arg tweeted, 'My phone bill from speaking to @MarkWright_ everyday in LA is gona cost me a fortune! He better chip in the tight git lol x'.

But proving he's still true to his Buckhurst Hill beginnings, he admitted to the owner of Essex hotspot Nu Bar, Adam Brooks that LA was missing one this.

His tweet read, '@nubar_essex adam its amazing. L.A is unreal its just missing 1 thing !! A nu bar should planted in beverly hills what du think ??'

TOWIE star Mark Wright has arrived in LA to begin filming his latest ITV2 show Mark Wright’s Hollywood Nights.

But his pale appearance sparked debate, as he appeared to be wearing foundation after his long haul flight.

The Essex lad greeted his fans with an over the top wave and cheesier-than-ever grin as he stepped off the plane at LAX.

Howdy! The former TOWIE star wore tight jeans and a denim shirt and sported a suspiciously made-up complexion

In the show fans will see 26 year old Mark and his boy mates swap The Sugar Hut and Faces for LA's swanky VIP bars as they hit Hollywood's partying scene.

Doing what he does best we'll also see Mark shopping for stylish clothes, picking up girls, driving flash cars and dishing out advice to his pals or his 'entourage' as he calls them.

Fans have been promised mischief and mayhem from the weekly ITV2 series starring Mr Wright, LA had better watch out - Lock up your daughters!

Accompanying Mark are his boys from Essex who all live an A-list lifestyle and they’ll be hoping that follows them across the Atlantic.

But surprisingly there is no sign of his TOWIE BFF Arg in the line-up of lads accompanying Mark on his US tour!

Talking about his upcoming series the Take Me Out The Gossip presenter said:

'Me and the boys are going to smash it, I’ve got lots of things lined up – this holiday is not just about partying. I want to explore LA, discover what it has to offer and I’ve got a few cheeky surprises up my sleeve also'.

Who's your friend? Mark Wright cosies up to a mystery blonde on holiday in Miami

In his last series of The Only Way Is Essex and his appearance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, we've been seeing a more sensitive side of Mark Wright.

But given his holiday snaps following a mini-break in Miami this week, it looks like the reality star is back to his old ladykilling ways.

Having been single since November after he was dumped by TOWIE lover Sam Faiers, Wright is enjoying his freedom.


After arriving home in Essex on Friday, Mark uploaded a Twitter photo of his ripped, toned abs to show off his tan and another image of him cosying up to a mystery blonde companion.

Although he didn't give away any clues to her identity, he said: 'That's just a taster of the talent in Miami. Hahahaha.'

He also showed off a rather revealing image of him in his Versace underwear at his hotel.

Also during his trip, he bumped into X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos, who has been recording her debut solo album in the sunshine state.

Upon his return to the UK, he was also sending flirty messages to a Twitter friend called Sarita Borge, declaring: 'Miss u 2 wanna come back. I bet #Miami ain't the same without me xx.'

After his four day break in Miami with good friend James Kenzie, Mark headed straight out to his regular haunt Faces in Gants Hill on Friday night.

And on Saturday, he was back in the bosom of his family, watching his younger brother Josh play for Millwall Football Club.

He moaned that he's put on two stone after leaving the jungle on I'm A Celebrity.

But Mark Wright has clearly back to his buff self.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star showed off his washboard abs while holidaying in Miami with friends.


Walking by a pool at his hotel, wearing just a pair of blue swimming trunks and dark sunglasses, the 25-year-old looked fit and tanned.

Posting the photo on Twitter, he wrote casually: 'Just chilling round the pool'.

The new Take Me Out - The Gossip host also parted with Tulisa Contostavlos, sharing a picture of himself with the X Factor judge.

He wrote: 'Look who I just bumped in 2 in #miami @officialtulisa. Wild night !! #uktakeover.'

He was quick to defend himself however, adding: 'I wouldn't say I'm porky, I'm just half a stone heavier than I was when I started. I lost a stone and a half in the jungle.'

Everybody knows that Mark Wright loves his extra tight fitting clothes to cling to his body.

But by the look of him in these pictures he may have to take a break from wearing any of them for a little while and maybe borrow some from his best mate, Arg.

The former star of The Only Way Is Essex was spotted in his native county spilling out over his jeans yesterday.


The 24-year-old was in Loughton, Essex, looking at new cars with his father when his wardrobe malfunction occurred.

Wearing a pair of skinny jeans and a body hugging blue polo neck top, the reality TV star showed just how much weight he had put on and looked anything but reem.

The usually toned and tanned Mark flashed some muffin top as his Bjorn Borg underwear couldn't hold in his back-fat any longer.

The I'm A Celebrity star admitted before Christmas that he was on a mission to get back into shape after he put on a whopping two stone in less than three weeks.

'I just can't stop eating cakes, chocolate, crisps, and every Monday I say ''right I'm going to stop now,'' and I just don't,' he told Daybreak.

Mark has publicly criticised his best friend, James Argent, and his ex-fiancee, Lauren Goodger, for their size in the past.

In an interview with Heat magazine last year, Lauren said: 'He makes me feel like I should be obsessed.

Mark's legion of female fans don't seem to mind his weight gain, however, as his 2012 calendar has sold out in most shops.

They spent around an hour and a half looking at different models and talking through paper work but didn't leave in a new vehicle.

Maybe the smooth talking Wright was hoping to have a new motor to roll up to his new presenting gig on Take Me Out: The Gossip, which begins this Saturday on ITV2.

It looks as though his clothes were too tight to take off because the Essex ladies man was seen out and about in London later in the day in the exact same outift.

Mr Wright popped to Nobu for a spot of dinner and put on a dark grey blazer to cover his extra tight polo neck top.

Judging from his earlier over-spill we're sure Mark would have stuck to eating a nice healthy salad at the Japanese restaurant.

Here we go again: Ex-couple Lauren Goodger and Mark Wright have been pictured going home together after a night out


They both swore that after the last split, they would never go back.

But after ten years, an engagement and more break-ups than anybody could ever count, Lauren Goodger, 25, and Mark Wright, 24, should know never to say never.

The on/off couple are reported to have rekindled their relationship after a 'boozy romp' at Essex nightclub Faces.


Pictures have been published today of the reality stars arriving together at Wright's home after a night out.

After leaving the club at two o'clock, they were pictured sharing a cab home, before Mark threw his keys down to Lauren to let herself in.

According to the Daily Star, the pair were earlier seen 'all over each other' inside the venue, kissing and dancing as they drank Moët champagne and shots of tequila with their entourage.

'Mark kept grabbing Lauren’s bum and shouting over the music to her that he had never seen her look so beautiful,' a source said.

'None of his family seemed surprised that they were back together.'

Lauren told the paper: 'I’ve been staying over at Mark’s for the last week. I guess the cat’s out of the bag.'

A spokesperson for Miss Goodger insisted the pair were not back together, however the reality star's Twitter page suggests otherwise.

Miss Goodger sparked speculation on Sunday evening when she 'retweeted' a fan who posted a picture of the couple during a romantic holiday earlier this year with the caption 'My favourite couple, wish this was forever.'

Earlier this month, Lauren confidently predicted in an interview that she would have Mark 'back in her bed by Christmas.'

And it appears that she was correct, despite Mark insisting days ago that he was over her.

In an interview with the Daily Mirror, the I'm A Celerity runner-up said: 'I talked to Peter Andre and he told me he didn’t think I was over her [Lauren] and to try again.

'But I’m not taking his advice. I am over her… I know that I can live without her.'

Lauren was left devastated when she saw Mark kissing co-star Sam Faiers in the last season of TOWIE.

Despite begging TOWIE's Sam Faiers to go out with him just weeks ago...

And despite appearing to flirt outrageously with fellow I'm A Celebrity camp mate Emily Scott...

The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright has publicly declared that he's still in love with ex-fiancée Lauren Goodger.

The 24-year-old confessed during a heart-to-heart with fellow campmates Crissy Rock, 53, and Lorraine Chase, 60.


'I love her so much that if I kiss her, I just want to get into bed with her,' he said during an episode of the reality TV show.

If that wasn't enough, the pair are also said to have indulged in a steamy rumble before Wright even went into the jungle, according to reports.

Friends of the reality star told Closer Wright also begged Goodger, 25, to fly out to Australia so she could meet him when he leaves the camp.
Meanwhile, a source told the magazine that Lauren got emotional at Mark's confession.

'Lauren wept after Mark admitted still loving her on I'm a Celeb,' they said.

The pair started dating when they were just 14. They were together for 10 years before calling off their engagement in August amid rumours of infidelity.

If Goodger was a bundle of twisted emotions on the inside, she exuded calm on the outside as she strutted through Los Angeles' LAX airport today.

Tanning entrepreneur Lauren and fellow TOWIE, cake shop owner Lydia Bright, 20, looked every inch the stars as they walked through the airport wearing sunglasses surrounded by paparazzi.

And although the average American won't know who they were, the waiting paparazzi were certainly aware of their fame back in the UK.

Bright and Goodger have arrived in sunny California for a girlie holiday.

Of course, the last time Goodger was in the U.S. was back in June when she visited Las Vegas then-fiance Wright.

Ahead of her trip Stateside, the reality star popped into the Tatiana Hair Extensions Salon in Kensington, West London for a new 'do.

In between getting longer and blonde locks, Goodger poked fun at her ex-fiance's experiences Down Under by holding up a T-shirt reading 'get me out of here'.

She wore a similar pair of unflattering leggings two weeks ago - but Lauren Goodger obviously hasn't learned her lesson.

The Only Way Is Essex star stepped out in another pair, this time wet-look, last night on a night out in London after a day of filming for the new season of the show.

And they did nothing to compliment the curvy 24-year-old's figure.


She paired the leggings with an off-the-shoulder green top and peep-toe platform heels.

Lauren has been enjoying the single life and partying with friends since splitting with fellow TOWIE star Mark Wright two weeks ago.

And last night she joined the show's make-up artist Lyndsey Harrison at the May Fair hotel.

The pair then went out for a meal at Nandos, which they were given free, Lundsey revealed.

When Mark Wright proposed to Lauren Goodger in an episode of The Only Way Is Essex, even their own families weren't convinced it was a good idea.

But now it appears the couple have split just five months after getting engaged.

The club promoter's spokesperson confirmed they had parted ways and Wright had asked his ex-fiancée to move her belongings out of his Essex apartment.

His representative told The Sun: 'He has no comment, except to confirm that it is over.'

Their apparent split comes as Wright travelled to Marbella without his girlfriend for a lads' holiday, despite her insistence two months ago he would 'never go to Marbella without me ever'.

Confusing the issue, Goodger posted a photo on Twitter of herself partying in Blackpool on Friday night still wearing her engagement ring.

The couple have yet to comment about their apparent split on their Twitter pages.

On Monday, the couple were by each other's sides as they filmed a trailer for the upcoming third series of TOWIE.

The couple have dated on and off since meeting when they were 14.

When Series One of TOWIE kicked off last October, viewers discovered they had split up that July, but were struggling to move on.

Following their engagement, Goodger moved into Wright's Abridge flat and they cemented their relationship by getting a dog last month.

However, their romance was rocked in May when Mecklenburgh claimed she and Wright had a 'drunken kiss' during their holiday in Marbella.

Goodger and Wright have repeatedly denied speculation their engagement was faked for the ITV2 reality show.
