Adele displays her slimline figure in a sleek black outfit as she prepares to make her musical comeback at the BRITS

She's known for her superstar vocals and curvaceous physique but now it appears Adele has dropped the latter as she sports a new slimline figure following her health battle.
The soul sensation was forced to cancel a string of gigs last year after falling sick and taking time off for throat surgery.
And it appears it's had an affect on her image as she stepped out on Wednesday looking thinner.
The 23-year-old's face was notably less round and her black outfit slimmed her down even more.
Adele stepped out for a spot of shopping and showed she is well on the way to recovery just in time to make her big comeback at the BRITS next month.
She was seen wearing a fur hat as she bought her groceries from her local Waitrose store in London.
The singer, who has largely remained out of the spotlight over recent months, teamed the headgear up with a pair of black trousers and a black loose top with long jacket and Ugg boots.

And the laid-back star opted for a fresh-faced look with no make-up for her outing, causing her to look slightly drawn out compared to her black ensemble.
She underwent a throat operation in November but now she's preparing to make her big comeback at the BRITS on 21 February.
Adele is up for three awards at the glitzy event, but she gave the nominations ceremony a miss earlier this month.
But she is planning to sing at the show at London's O2 Arena - marking her first performance since falling ill.
She is up for British Female Solo Artist, British Single for Someone Like You and Mastercard British Album of the Year for 21.
Following the nominations announcement, Adele took to her Twitter page to thank fans for their support in her typical down-to-earth way.
She tweeted: 'F******g happy, thank you for the nods xx'
Adele wowed at the awards show last year when she sang her hit track Someone Like You for the audience.
And it could also be her love life which is causing Adele to look healthier and happier recently.
Her heartbreak has spawned the lyrics to the songs for her first two albums 19 and 21, but she has now found love again with new boyfriend Simon Konecki.
The pair was spotted holidaying together in Florida, causing rumours to emerge that her new beau is still married.
But earlier this week, Adele took to her official blog to dispel the speculation, insisting the father-of-one is divorced.
She wrote: 'This is the first and last time I will comment on the details of my relationship with Simon.
'Contrary to reports and headlines in the press today, Simon is divorced and has been for 4 years.
'Everyone in our lives separately and together wish us nothing but the best, and vice versa. These are the facts.'
And it may be the new found scrutiny in her new beau that is causing her concern - during her shopping trip the singer looked preoccupied and unhappy as she concentrated on her chores.
