No pain no gain: Imogen Thomas stretches in the park before going for a run
It may be winter time but that hasn't stopped Imogen Thomas from getting her abs out.
The former Big Brother star was spotted getting ready for an outdoor workout in the park on Tuesday completely unaware that the paparazzi were watching.
Her outfit would have been fine if she was inside a gym taking an aerobics class but the 28-year-old model decided against covering up in the cold conditions.
Never mind the weather: Imogen kept the heat in with leg warmers but also rolled up her top
The fitness fanatic was wearing a pair of blue shorts and a pink tank top which she had rolled up so that it resembled a sports bra.
Presumably she was feeling over heated after the walk from her flat to the park but she was also wearing a pair of leg warmers.
The reality TV star also wore a pink Ralph Lauren cap even though it was a cloudy overcast day and the sun wasn't out.

Despite the mixed-up outfit Imogen put herself through a vigorous stretching programme before jogging through the park.
Flexing her muscles and showing off her trim figure she began with an upper body stretch for her arms and shoulders before moving on to her long legs.
The Bikram yoga fan was spotted using a tree to stretch out her Achilles before moving onto a bin to aid in her workout.

The glamour model then stopped for a water break before using a park bench to complete her warm-up.
Imogen tweeted about her need to exercise as she said: 'Run done! I feel so fat!!
Decorating my house has taken its toll on chocolate. No more! Rihanna tonight...then spa tomo. I am spoilt :-) xxx (sic).'
She later visited a hair salon in preparation for the Rihanna concert at The O2 Arena and got her hair and nails done.

The workout seems to be well needed as Imogen ate a lot of food that evening.
She had a Japanese meal en-route to the concert and then posted a message on Twitter that said: '@CalvinHarris then @rihanna Yes!!! Box!- hot dogs- dessert. Alcohol yuuuum! XXX (sic).
Unfortunately for Imogen neither Calvin Harris or Rihanna publicly replied to her message.
