Taking some tips from Jodie Marsh? Katie Price took to her Twitter page today to share with fans a picture of herself after following a strict new regime with former Gladiators star Mark 'Rhino' Smith
Jodie Marsh hit the headlines earlier this year when she unveiled her incredible new physique after starting a new bodybuilding regime.
And now it seems her former arch enemy Katie Price is following in the footsteps of her former glamour model rival, by whipping herself into shape with a gruelling new diet and exercise plan.
The 33-year-old star posted a picture of herself on her Twitter page this afternoon posed up with former Gladiators star Rhino.
Mother-of-four Katie accompanied the shot with the caption: 'A blast from the past friend @MarkRhinoSmith I was in panto with about 14 years ago has been training me in LA.'
In the shot, Katie is seen standing next to 42-year-old Smith, who bares his own muscles with pride by going shirtless for the occasion.
It seems Katie had decided to embark on a new regime after complaining about her figure earlier this year.
In July, Katie shocked fans when she posted a shot of her incredibly flat stomach on her Twitter page after following a no-carb diet plan with just a juice for breakfast.
But after causing controversy with the shot, Katie said she had decided to share the picture to put rumours she was expecting a baby with then-boyfriend Leandro Penna to bed.
She explained at the time: 'I'm sick of death of magazines keep saying I'm fat I'm pregnant, and its enough to give me a complex let alone other girls out there.'
Talking of the photograph, Katie said: 'My arms are up in the air and anyone who has their arms up and stretches in.'
'Well, I don't have a complex but I put that on there to say "does it look like I've got a bump? do I look like I'm pregnant?" '
The former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant flew across the Atlantic on Monday in a bid to secure a lucrative deal.
She has been hinting about her career ventures on Twitter, but remaining tight-lipped about what the eventual outcome will be.
Addressing her followers, she wrote: 'its taken time and some effort by my team, but after some great meetings, LA really does turn your dreams into reality i am sooo excited! x'
But the model has also been making the most of her time in the Californian sun and tweeted fans earlier this week: 'Wooo lunch on the beach with the girls in sunny LA!'
