Beach baby: Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her son Benjamin, 22 months, enjoy a day at the beach in Jamaica
With her jet-setting lifestyle, Gisele Bundchen doesn't get much of a chance to slow things down and have a holiday,
But after getting a gap in her busy schedule, the working mother has jetted to Jamaica for a sunshine break with her toddler son Benjamin.
Although she has tweeted her excitement at visiting the Caribbean island for the first time, she was missing her husband Tom Brady, who has stayed at home in the U.S. to play American football with his team New England Patriots.
Strolling along the beach with her adorable 22-month-old son, the Brazilian displayed her fabulous figure in an animal-print string bikini.
Writing in her native tongue Portuguese, Gisele tweeted: It's my first time in Jamaica. It is a natural paradise! There is nothing more wonderful than being surrounded by nature.'
Meanwhile, in a new interview Gisele talks about her son's eating habits.
In an interview with the December issue of British Vogue, she describes Benjamin and stepson John collectively as 'my children'.
She said: 'My children, they are like white canvases. When Benjamin eats broccoli, he thinks it’s dessert.'
Smile for the camera: The doting supermodel captures candid photos for the family album
Gisele and Brady started dating in December 2006 - just weeks after he ended his three-year relationship with former Sex And The City star Bridget Moynahan.
However, just a few months into their romance, their relationship was rocked by news that Moynahan was pregnant with Brady's son John, who was born in August 2007.
Gisele and Brady wed in Santa Monica, California in February 2009 and welcomed their son Benjamin the following December.
Learning to swim: The supermodel's son wore inflatable arm bands as he enjoyed a swim in the warm Caribbean sea
During her stepson John's recent fourth birthday, she made a birthday cake from scratch for him.
She explained: 'Cocoa powder and coconut oil and, you know, those dried things - what are they called? That’s it! Dates - and I put them all in the processor, and whoosh! Delicious.'
Known for her stunning figure, Gisele says she tries to give her sisters fitness advice.
She said: 'Like I tell my five sisters, who don't work at it very hard at all (to stay fit), whatever you put in, you get out.
Refreshed: The model made sure she kept hydrated in the hot Caribbean sun by sipping water
'I'm not afraid of working hard at anything, whatever it is. I just always want to be the best that I can. People think if you look after yourself you're being selfish, you know.
'But what Tom taught me - and he is a living example of this - is that in order to be your best, you have to honour your own needs first.
'If I honour my needs first, I will be the best wife, the best mum, the best sister, the best friend. I have to come first, because then everyone benefits.'
