As if these two needed to draw any more attention to themselves.

He's just become Britain's most expensive footballer and she's the new blonde WAG in the making.

But Andy Carroll and girlfriend Stacey Miller seemed to play up to the cameras last night, as he got frisky as they dined out in Liverpool.


In clear view of other diners at Japanese restaurant Sapporo Teppanyaki, Carroll, 22, groped 23-year-old Miller's breasts over their meal.

But she didn't appear to mind as the new multi-millionaire Liverpool star checked out her bosom.

The couple were snapped out in the northern city last night, where Carroll has just signed for Liverpool for £35m, making him the UK's most expensive player ever.

They were snapped strolling through the city centre looking for a place to have dinner.

And despite Stacey Miller's towering heels and her hair in a high bun, the 6ft 3in striker still towered over her.

And they were obviously rather hungry as they wasted no time tucking into noodle and spring rolls.

He and Stacey, who he is believed to have started dating at the end of last year, are staying in a hotel in Liverpool until they find a more permanent fixture.

They have been taking some time to get to know the city which will be their new home, until Carroll makes his debut for the club, although the date of that is uncertain as he is currently nursing a thigh injury.

The last time she was snapped out with Carroll, Miller kept her head down and looked coy.

But last night she held her high high and flashed a couple of smiles as she settles into her new role as as WAG to the multi-million pound player.

Yesterday, Carroll was officially unveiled at Liverpool FC by manager Kenny Daglish, who held a press conference at Anfield, where he also unveiled Uruguayan Luis Suarez, who also signed for the club this week for £22.8million from Dutch side Ajax.

Speaking to journalists at the conference, Carroll admitted that he had been bought for a huge sum but said he was planning to give the club their money's worth.

He said: 'It is a lot of money. I’ve only really had half a season in the Premier League. But that is the confidence he [Dalglish] has in me. That is what I’m here to repay.'

He also recognised that his bad boy reputation had preceded him to the club but said he wanted to put all that behind him.

Carroll already has a string of court appearances and late-night drunken bust-ups behind him, including an alleged assault on lingerie model ex-girlfriend Laurie Henderson.

But yesterday he said: 'I don’t mind a pint now and again, but that is the way I have been brought up; that’s who I am and I’m not really going to change.

'I’m just going to carry on playing my football, keep my head down and do it at the right time. I’ve made some mistakes but they are all behind me.'

As he rests from his injury, he and Miller are also looking for a house, possibly near fellow Liverpool stars such as Joe Cole and Steven Gerrard.

And he wasn't the only footballer out on the town last night because over in Manchester, City star Carlos Tevez was snapped leaving a dinner with manager Roberto Mancini.

She only announced that her marriage was over two weeks ago - but Katie Price put her heartbreak behind to go back to work and face her fans today.

The 32-year-old star - who is worth an estimated £40million - was back to the nitty gritty and signing copies of her autobiography at Asda in Milton Keynes.

Perhaps she had in mind those extra pennies she'd earn for a possible divorce settlement with estranged husband Alex Reid, who's said to be after a slice of his former wife's fortune.

Ever the canny businesswoman, Katie knows that her trip to the shops will help fund a new flat for her ex and finally get him out of her hair extensions.

Alex is said to still be holed up at the Surrey mansion they once shared happily, though they are now living separate lives.

As you'd expect from the glamour model formerly known as Jordan, she kept smiling for her meet and greet with her fans in the supermarket, and was wearing yet more fluffy clothing - her current obsession.


Page turner: It was the tanned star's last planned signing for her fourth autobiography You Only Live Once


This time, the star was wearing a huge cream Russian-style hat which appeared to be made with Mongolian lambswool, a change from her usual fake fur or feathers.

A similar model was on sale in River Island last year, but Katie may well have a more designer creation.

It's the latest in cosy fluffy comfort wear worn by the star since her marriage break-up announcement, having seemingly got a taste for the style when she partied in Switzerland the week after her split.

She was sporting the hat, along with a furry poncho and one of her favourite glittering cocktail rings on her wedding finger, at the signing was the last for her latest autobiography - her fourth - You Only Live Once.

The star is apparently gearing up to serve divorce papers on Alex next week on the day of their one year anniversary - 10 February.

They married in Las Vegas after a whirlwind romance and less than nine months after Katie's split from her previous husband, Peter Andre.

She split with Andre in May 2009 and they divorced in September 2009.

It's believed the father of her children Junior and Princess Tiaamii was awarded £6 million – half of the £12 million the pair earned during their marriage - but not a penny of the money Katie earned before they met.

Alex Reid meanwhile is rumoured to be asking for £700,000, which is thought to be less than the pair earned from their 11 month union.

Family fun run: Alex Gerrard pounded the pavement in Liverpool yesterday with her mother Kim Curran and the pair chatted along the way


Keeping a trim physique is of the utmost important to any WAG but while most may hire celebrity trainers or work out in luxury home gyms, Alex Gerrard likes nothing better than heading out for a run with her mum.

The 28-year-old model was spotted in Formby, Liverpool pounding the pavements with her mum Kim Curran and having a good chat along the way too.

The-mother-of-two was showing off a slim and trim physique as she jogged lightly along wrapped up warm with a red jacket and woolly hat on her head.


Alex’s mother Kim, 52, was also showing off a svelte physique braving the chilly temperatures in a fleecy zip up jacket and gloves.

Steven Gerrard’s wife flashed her trim midriff, which appeared totally flat as she ran along the roads.

And despite the chilly temperatures Alex got her heart pounding and worked up a sweat taking off her red jacket to reveal a black addidas gym top in order to cool down.

And while most WAGS would not be seen dead exercises without makeup, Alex was looking pretty and fresh-faced as she exerted herself.

In her OK! Magazine column this week Alex spoke of her shock about statistics which suggest that one-in-three women wouldn’t leave the house without make-up on.

She wrote: ‘I don’t have a problem leaving the house without make-up and I always drop off the kids or go to the gym without any on.’

In fact Alex even managed a smile for the cameras as she wound down her workout looking out of breathe.

The WAG is so dedicated to her fitness regime that she was spotted braving the snow in December to enjoy a run.

Gerrard undertook an entire exercise and diet overhaul in 2009 after she was pictured looking slightly larger on holiday.

And afterwards, she admitted she had been eating three fast food meals a week - leading to her weight gain.

She said: 'Last year a pap took some pics of me and I had a few rolls. I've been eating rubbish for so many years.

'I used to eat McDonald's all the time because whenever I was on my way to Liverpool, I used to stop and get one. I reckon I'd probably have about three McDonald's a week.

'I'd have sausages on toast for breakfast or bacon.

'Then for lunch I'd go out with my mates. Quite often we'd have Chinese or I'd have a big sandwich with chips.'

'Eating's a boredom thing. When you've got nothing else to do, you just start planning your next meal.'

But now, Gerrard will go for cereal or porridge for breakfast, followed by salad or sushi for lunch and a healthy dinner.

And it certainly seems to be working the mother-of-two looked fitter than ever in Liverpool this morning.

The young stars of Twilight have been named alongside some of Hollywood's highest rollers in a list of the industry's highest earners.

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner all made it into the top 20 of Vanity Fair's list of people to have made the most from movies in 2010.

The three stars have all enjoyed high fees from the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's books, with Lautner, ranked at number nine, making $33.5million in 2010.

Stewart was the highest-earning woman in the list at number 13, earning a total of $28.5million, with her British co-star Robert Pattinson (15) close behind with $27.5million.

The list was topped by Avatar director, who soared ahead of his peers with a staggering fortune of $257million from the past year alone.

Most of the figure was thanks to the success of Avatar, which he wrote and produced as well. A further $4million came from older film revenue.

Actor Johnny Depp was second in the list, making $100million from his work on Alice in Wonderland, Pirates of the Caribbean and The Tourist, and veteran director Steven Spielberg was fourth with $80million.

Also in the top ten were Leonardo Dicaprio, Tim Burton and Adam Sandler.

There were just six women among the 40 highest-earning stars. As well as Stewart, Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon and Sandra Bullock made the list.

The magazine explained that the earnings listed did not include money made from advertising campaigns or television programmes - only film-related projects.

'We did our best to ascertain a star’s up-front advance for a given film as well as his or her share of the movie’s profits, assuming there were any,' it read.

'Often, the lion’s share of fees for a 2010 release may have actually been paid in 2009 and thus is not counted in this year’s list.'

It explained that though nine-figure windfalls such as Cameron’s and Depp’s are rare, actors are once again commanding pre-recession fees - a sign that the effects of the recesssion are well and truly over.

'The fact that a mid-range star such as Vince Vaughn asked for—and got close to—$20 million to appear in The Dilemma proves that the big studios are once again hungering to shell out Goldman-like bonuses for (somewhat) proven commodities.'

Suri Cruise is a little lady who knows exactly what she wants.And now it seems she's graduated to doing a daily Starbucks runs just like the older celebrities she seems keen to emulate.

The four-year-old proudly walked out of Starbucks carrying her own super-sized coffee cup - but let's hope she opted for a non -caffeine variety or mum Katie Holmes may have had some trouble getting her to sleep.

The fashion forward little girl couldn't wait for her drink to arrive and tucked into a white chocolate lolly as her drink was being made.

Suri was, as always, looking adorable in a black dress teamed with pink leggings and flat pumps which matched her dress.

Her long brown locks were worn down with a bright pink clip perched at the top of her head.

Isabella, adopted along with brother Connor by Cruise and then-wife Nicole Kidman, was home-schooled in California.

With the break-up of her parents ten-year marriage in 2001 she and Connor chose to stay with their father, while he went onto marry again.

Just last month Kidman expressed her pain at not seeing her children grow up.

Kidman said although she was upset at them spending most of their time with their father in Los Angeles, having a younger child helped lessen the pain.

She admitted: 'It's a beautiful thing at 43 to have a two and half year old!'
Kidman and husband Keith Urban have since gone on to have baby Faith, born via surrogate mother.

However, despite the distance between them, Nicole said she was proud of her elder children, adding: 'They are healthy and sane and together and are great, great people. So I'm not one of those people that needs to be reminded of what I have.'

And it appears Jennifer Lopez is keen to fit in at the White House this weekend by undergoing a very upper class makeover.

The singer attended business meetings in New York today looking every inch the Park Avenue princess in a designer dress, fur stole, ladylike gloves and sunglasses.


Emerging from her chauffeured car, the 41-year-old looked elegant in a white bandage dress by Herve Leger, but added rockstar touches with a studded clutch and matching Christian Louboutin shoes.

Earlier it appeared as though Jennifer was perfecting a wave worthy of meeting royalty, not politicians, as she stared out from the back of her car.

Lopez and Marc, both 41, have a close relationship with Obama, who met the pair in the Oval office in September 2009, while their twins Emme and Max ran around the White House.

While Lopez has never provided entertainment at the Super Bowl, she did put on a pre-game performance last year at a Miami nightclub.

This year Christina Aguilera will sing the American national anthem, while Glee star Lea Michele will perform America The Beautiful.

The Black Eyed Peas, Usher and Guns 'N Roses guitarist Slash are providing the halftime entertainment.

He's been inseparable from Kayla Collins since the pair started dating nearly two weeks ago.

But Mark Wright managed to tear himself away from the Playboy model as he joined a group of his oldest friends for a night out in London last night.

The Only Way Is Essex star joined best friends Jack Tweed and James 'Arg' Argent and his girlfriend Lydia Bright and a group of pals from Essex to watch Usher in concert.


After leaving the O2 Arena gig, Wright, Argent and Bright and some female friends headed to the Movida nightclub in Mayfair to carry on the festivities.

As the club promoter finally headed home in the early hours of this morning, the 23-year-old appeared rather reluctant to be photographed as he sat beside brunette pal Ellie Redman in the people carrier.

But perhaps in a bid to save face, posted a photo of the gang in the back of the car on his Twitter page, declaring they were 'all my close friends and family'.

Missing out on all the fun was American model Kayla, who was recovering from a heavy night out on Tuesday with Mark.

Writing on her Twitter on Wednesday, the pin-up admitted she was suffering from a hangover after her boozy night with Wright.

She wrote on Twitter: 'So angry my bag was stolen last nite along with all my credit cards, etc... R.I.P YSL Clutch I'll miss you...

She enthused: 'Wow..Great news, I am so thankful.. Some1 contacted my management & returned my bag from last nite. Too bad I already cancelled all my cards.'

Collins and Wright first met in December at the model's Christmas party and share the same management company. But it was only at Mark's 23rd birthday nearly two weeks ago, they decided to start dating.
