Arm-in-arm... Alexandra Burke and Jermain Defoe FINALLY confirm their relationship on romantic day out

Confirmation: Alexandra Burke and Jermain Defoe confirmed their romance as they were finally pictured together yesterday arm-in-arm, out in Hertfordshire
They've done their utmost not to be photographed together over the past few months, since news of their relationship first emerged.
But now Alexandra Burke and Jermain Defoe have finally confirmed their romance, by stepping out arm-in-arm.
The pair were pictured out and about in Hertfordshire yesterday, looking loved-up as they made the most of one another's company.
Alexandra, 23, looked casual in a pair of tight jeans, a white vest top and loose knitted cardigan with some black heeled boots, while Tottenham Hotspurs player Jermain dressed down in baggy jeans, denim shirt and sideways baseball cap.
It is the first time that Alexandra and Jermain, 29, have been pictured together, despite having attended various events together over the past few months.
But Alexandra has remained coy over the romance rumours, telling the Daily Mirror when asked about it: 'Jermain and I have been friends for ages.

'But at the moment I don’t really wish to talk about it. I’m sorry...'
However, despite her cryptic answer, Alexandra later fuelled romance rumours with various posts on her Twitter page, referring his Spurs shirt No.18.
She wrote last month: 'You know when you get butterflies because you miss someone a little too much. That's me right now tbf *18* <3.'

And it was recently claimed that as things are heating up between Alexandra and Jermain, even the footballer's mother approves of their romance.
A source said: 'Jermain’s mum can be very picky, but she definitely approves of Alexandra. It was she who suggested to him that he ask her out in the first place.
'Jermain and his mum have known Alex for a while now and she apparently adores the singer and so egged her son on to make her more than just his friend.'
