Alicia Douvall gives birth to a baby girl 'J'... with her teenage daughter scrubbed up beside her in the operating room

Glamour model Alicia Douvall has given birth to a baby girl - with her teenage daughter by her side.
Student Georgia Douvall, 16, wore hospital scrubs as she supported her mother, 32, during the scheduled caesarean delivery this morning.
Although she didn't reveal the full name of the new arrival, baby 'J' was born at 11:35am, weighing 5lbs 13oz.
Despite the momentous occasion, a relaxed Alicia, 32, managed to update her Twitter page throughout the day.
She tweeted: 'On way to hospital... OMG this is it!
'It's a girl! Baby J born 11 35am weighing 5lbs 13 she's gorgous (sic)! I am filled with love and happiness.
'Georgia Douvall and Alicia Douvall love our gorgeous baby girl, she's soooo buetiful (sic) !!'

She also uploaded a photo of Georgia in her blue hospital scrubs.
And it appears Georgia is every inch the proud big sister.
She wrote on Twitter: 'Wearing scrubs !! How atractive (sic) they're actually fun to wear xD lol.
'Baby sister born, super cute, weight 5 pounds 13 - double the size of me when I was born.'
In an interview this summer, Alicia admitted she was planning to be back in her size 8 clothes just six weeks after the birth.

Throughout her pregnancy, she kept her fitness levels up and was spotted jogging in a local cemetery just a few weeks ago.
Despite reports Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan was the father, Alicia has vowed to keep his identity private.
She told Closer magazine in July: 'The worst thing a man can do is to leave a woman to raise their baby alone. Children need a father figure in their lives and I find it disgusting that men can do that.
'I already picked the worst a***hole in the world for Georgia’s father because he never wanted to know and now I don’t know whether this father will take a role in our baby’s life.
'We’ve been in a secret relationship for the past three years and I’m totally in love with him but it’s complicated.'
